TRAINING AIMS:

Person from French-speaking countries or not/with or without mastery of/very little French language/having communication difficulties/professional integration --> acquire linguistic skills necessary for their professional and social integration while developing autonomy and self-confidence

Lead the learner to:

• Know basic writing techniques

• Know the Latin alphabet (uppercase, lowercase)

• Understand letter/sound correspondence

• Read and produce syllables / Discover the first words in French

• Express yourself orally in a work situation

• Decipher the instructions (safety, display panels)

• Complete administrative or professional documents

• Identify and understand complex graphics (the different types of writing)

• Discover simple syntax (word order, determiners, verbs, etc.)

• Produce your first written statements and read your first documents

• Learn to extract the meaning of a text and learn to take responsibility for your writing

• Understand culture and citizenship in France

Training content*:


-> Review and deepening of basic French language skills.

-> Deepening of lexical and grammatical knowledge.
-> Training in comprehension and written and oral expression related to the mission or position.
-> Awareness of cultural differences.

*based on the professional situations of the trainees and the tools used in work situations

Assessment at the start of training on:

°Training objectives: acquire and consolidate new skills

°The training program

°The pace of the training

°The needs linked to their level and their operational needs linked to their workstation

Concerned public:

Public not having sufficient mastery of key skills allowing social and professional autonomy.

Migrant temporary workers who are not self-sufficient with the French language (level A1-A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages-CEFR-L)

Indicative duration:

210 hours of French Foreign Language Training and basic skills base
